April Ross
April Ross, a beach volleyball player from America She is one of a small group of women who have won medals in many Olympics. The American will play in Tokyo for her third Olympic medal, along with Alix Klineman, who is a first time Olympian. Ross would like to do more than her first Olympic medal. As she turns 39, it could be her final chances to secure the Olympic gold. The athlete is optimistic, however winning the gold medal is at hand. Ross through NBC Boston, said that Ross was convinced that the team could get a gold medal in the event that we perform at our highest. So I'm going to take the chance too. Ross Born in 1982 and lived in Costa Mesa California with her mother and sister, first began participating in sports in Newport Harbor High School. Ross competed in many athletics while she was at Newport Harbor High School. Apart from indoor volleyball, she took part in track and basketball as professional athletes. But she clearly was a distinguished athlete in this latter game. At the time of her high school volleyball season as per her college information, she played as a middle blocker, outside setter and hitter. For her efforts she was honoured as an 1999 Gatorade International Player of the year in Circle of Champions. The award also went to her in 2000. Orange County Athlete of the Year trophy for volleyball. Ross and Klineman have been working together in 2017. But, Ross had already been a seasoned athlete in the beach volleyball scene before this pairing. She has won major events twice, with various partners. A couple of those is a legend in the world of volleyball. The pair was Jennifer Kessy from 2007-2013, as well as serving as the Klineman's assistant and Kessy's coach. Together, Kessy Ross was an active participant on the international stage, claiming the world championship in 2009. The pair eventually captured a silver medal at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Misty Maytreanor (Jennings) as well as Misty Maytreanor were the winners, ahead of them. Ross Jennings became Walsh Jennings partner in fate after Maytreanor's retirement. They were awarded the bronze medal at the beach volleyball competition in the Rio Olympics 2016. Ross was a college athlete with the Trojans of USC prior to her pro career. She played in high school, and even years prior to hitting the beach as a professional. Her time at USC was one to remember. Her achievements included an All-American as well as Pac-10 Freshman of Year in the year 2000. Her Trojans were also able to make it to the Final Four. She suffered a devastating personal defeat in her sophomore year and yet she came back in the ranks of an All-American. The two seasons she spent with the Trojans they helped achieve consecutive championships. Ross was an excellent volleyball player. She won the Honda Sports Award in 2003-04 as the best female college volleyball player. Ross took a course in International Relations at USC. Margie Ross didn't see her daughter climb to the top of the beach volleyball world. Ross's mom Margie passed away in 2001, when Ross was still a USC sophomore. The cancer was diagnosed as breast. She still cherishes her late parent. Margie has always been a source of inspiration to her in and out of the water.
